Emergency first: If anyone is injured or the scene is unsafe, call 000. Notify police when required and contact Galaxy Haulage as soon as it is safe.

Please draw a simple plan. Mark your truck as "YOU", other vehicles as 1, 2, etc., and use arrows for direction of travel.
